Fatma Said meets musicians of the Vienna PhilharmonicConcerts at Vienna Konzerthaus and Bozar Brussels

A Sense of Mosaic

Romantic Concert evening featuring the versatile Egyptian soprano, Fatma Said, and Plattfom K+K Vienna comprised of members from the Vienna Philharmonic. A shared passion between Fatma Said and the Plattform K+K is artistic diversity, which simultaneously forms the core of the creed of this exceptional ensemble of Vienna Philharmonic members. Vocal miniatures by J. Brahms, C. Saint-Saëns, F. Poulenc, and J. Gershwin seamlessly blend with instrumental works by R. Strauss, O. Respighi, A. Piazzolla, and M. De Falla, creating a beautiful musical bouquet. A special highlight of the evening is the premiere of an Egyptian song cycle by Sherif Mohie El Din, where Fatma Said unveils the intimate musical poetry of her Egyptian heritage.
